What’s happening at Mambourin Green?
We are pleased to advise that construction works at the Mambourin Green community are progressing well.
- Stage 1 and 2 civil works are nearing completion with authority approvals underway. We’re thrilled to be preparing the community to welcome its very first residents.
- The planning permit for the Residents’ Club is now approved. The construction works tender has closed and is currently under assessment, with contract award expected in April.
- The Stage 4A park design approval is expected imminently. The construction tender closes on 25 March, with contract award and construction commencement expected in May 2026. This timing keeps the project on track for our first park to be completed before the first residents move in!
