We’re pleased to share that Practical Completion has been reached and Certificates of Title are now available for Stage 14, marking an exciting milestone for future residents.
Final works are progressing well, with minor defects currently being addressed as part of our commitment to delivering a high-quality community. In addition, essential services are on track for activation throughout May and June, ensuring a smooth transition for new homeowners to connect to power, water, and telecommunications.
We appreciate your patience as we put the finishing touches on this stage and look forward to welcoming our newest residents to Baldivis Parks soon!
