Please find below the latest construction information currently underway in Stage 14.  Should you have any questions, please contact our friendly Customer Care team.

Stage 14

Excluding some minor works, this stage is now complete with both Practical Completion being reached and Titles being issued. Settlements are now underway and we welcome our purchasers to the community.

Timings for activation of services is still to be confirmed and once we are advised, we will provide updates via email.

General Construction Update

Construction progress

Construction is continuing across three stages at Baldivis Parks. Stage 16 is due for completion in early-May and Stages 17 and 20 are under construction concurrently with completion programmed for August. 

Negotiations currently being held with contractors over the award of construction contracts for the landscaping of the Stage 16 and 17 parks.

We are grateful to our community who have been very patient whilst construction works are underway.

Good Friday Easter Lantern Markets 🌟🐰

A big thank you to everyone who joined us at the Good Friday Easter Lantern Markets. The community spirit was well and truly alive, and it was wonderful to see so many families coming together to enjoy the evening.

From the smiles during the Easter activities, to the amazing performances by local talent, delicious bites from food trucks and of course, the excitement of meeting the Easter Bunny — the evening was full of fun, laughter, and connection. Events like this wouldn’t be possible without the support of our community, performers, and stallholders. Thank you for helping us make it such a memorable celebration! We hope you had as much fun as we did, and we look forward to seeing you at our next community event.
