Stages 13 & 16
Unfortunately, the intermittent rain over the past weeks has slowed the completion of works. We confirm that top soiling is completed with the final layer of asphalt to be laid this week. Authorities are now checking and testing all assets to ensure they are built to agreed standards.
Settlement Update
We would like to advise that land Titles for Stages 13 & 16 are now anticipated for early-October 2019 with settlements expected in mid-October 2019.
This anticipated settlement date has changed due to the inclement weather mentioned above. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you and we are doing everything we can to deliver your stage as soon as possible.
