Live Life Get Active at Queens Riverside.

As the sun rose over the city, residents of East Perth, along with a cast of Frasers Property staff, braved the cold and were put through their paces with a vigorous cross training circuit to kick off the Live Life Get Active program that launched this week.

Championed by former Olympian Jane Flemming, the Live Life Get Active program is an outdoor fitness program that provides free 45 minute fitness camps every week day at 6.30am at Ozone Reserve in East Perth.

The program is designed so that all members of the community, regardless of age, fitness level, motivation or experience can benefit from the real-world advice, education and support of a fully qualified Live Life Get Active trainer. It's entirely free for participants who must first register online to attend and will also receive a tailored nutrition plan to supplement their Life Life Get Active fitness goals. The weekly schedule includes a mix of yoga, cross training and boxing sessions. All equipment is provided and participants are welcome to attend as many sessions as they like.

If you'd like to participate you can download the scheduled here, then visit the Live Life Get Active website to register for the classes.
