Frasers Property releases final stage of Westmeadows community

  • Just 20 homes available ranging from three, four and five-bedroom
  • Every property a full turn-key home solution
  • Special community event to mark final stage release and new park opening on May 26

There are not many places left in Melbourne where buyers can purchase a three, four or five-bedroom family home just 17 kilometres from the CBD, without it being a knock down, rebuild proposition.

But, Frasers Property Australia’s Valley Park community in Westmeadows offers just that. Frasers Property will release the final stage of development at Valley Park on May 26, at a special community event.

Frasers Property has saved the biggest offering to last, with eight two-storey, four-bedroom detached homes and one two-storey, five-bedroom detached home available in the final stage release.

Prices range from $580,000 to $705,000 for these new homes. Buyers can also choose from a limited selection of eleven three-bedroom homes, previously released, which have a starting price of $550,000.

All homes at Valley Park are architecturally designed, turn-key solutions, meaning that the set price is inclusive of fixtures and fittings, driveway finishes, carpet and tiling, heating, cooling and landscaped front garden. Even the clothesline is included. Once the property is finished, residents can simply move in and enjoy.

Sarah Bloom, General Manager – Residential Victoria, Frasers Property Australia says that for this reason Valley Park offers a unique opportunity for buyers, especially given its proximity to the city.

“Buyers can go into their purchase feeling 100 per cent comfortable that there will be no hidden costs, they know exactly what they will be getting,” Ms Bloom says.

“There are not many other developments within a 17 km radius of the city that can offer the same, at the same price point, for a detached home.

“Because this is the final stage to be released for this development, there are also no surprises for buyers about what is still to come. They can see the quality of the development and the existing amenity that residents are already making the most of.”

One of those amenities, which will officially open on the same day, is Crest Park – a brand new outdoor family play space, which joins two other established parks. As well as play equipment, Crest Park features a half-basketball court, encouraging residents of all ages to head outdoors and get active.

To celebrate the final stage release and park opening, Frasers Property will host a special community event from 12 noon until 3pm on May 26.

Ms Bloom says the event is a great chance for buyers to come and see why Valley Park is so appealing, while providing current residents with an opportunity to try the new park and gather for fun.

Family attractions for the event, which will be held at Crest Park, include:

  • Pony rides and face painting for the youngsters
  • Free food and drink including coffee, ice-cream and a sausage sizzle
  • Appointments with the Valley Park sales team, which can be booked ahead of time

Set high on the hill, off Dimboola Rd and overlooking Yuroke Creek, Valley Park offers spectacular views and ample outdoor open spaces. The community is surrounded by shopping, dining and entertainment options in nearby Broadmeadows and Gladstone Park and there are no fewer than ten schools and colleges nearby to choose from.

Valley Park also has easy access to a number of different transport options including local bus routes, the train from Broadmeadows station, major freeways and fast access to Melbourne Airport.

“Valley Park particularly suits buyers who are time-poor and looking to make the most of all their available free time,” Ms Bloom says.

“Our Owners Corporation maintenance contractors even take the hassle out of mowing the front lawn, making sure that lawns and nature strips at every house in the community are kept in good shape.

“This frees people up to enjoy their time as they want to and there are a range of fitness and recreation options nearby as well to promote healthy lifestyles.

“With now three quality parks also within the community, there is space for residents of all ages to workout, rest and play.”
