Anthony Boyd steps down at Frasers Property
Frasers Property announces that Anthony Boyd, Group Chief Operating Officer of Frasers Property Limited, will be stepping down from his role effective 4 July 2025, after more than two decades with the business.
Boyd’s career with Frasers Property began in Australia, where he held senior roles across finance, development, and executive leadership. As CEO of Frasers Property Australia from 2020 to 2024, he played a key role in the structural reorganisation of the business following the establishment of Frasers Property Industrial. Under his leadership, the business sharpened its focus on customer experience, community connection, and creating a sense of belonging, reflecting the Group’s shared purpose.
In 2024, Boyd transitioned into a Group-level role. As Group COO, he has worked closely with the global executive leadership team to deliver on our strategy. Additionally, he has enhanced engagement and relationships with key investment and capital partners.
Cameron Leggatt, CEO of Frasers Property Australia, said: “From overseeing the delivery of game-changing projects and navigating the challenges of COVID, to establishing a new culture and sharpening the company’s focus on the customer experience in Australia, Anthony’s legacy at Frasers Property Australia is a powerful one. His connection to the people in our Australian business is strong, and he will be sorely missed.”
Reflecting on his time with the company, Boyd shared, “After 20 years with Frasers Property, the overriding feeling I have is gratitude. I’m grateful for the wonderful and diverse learning and career opportunities I’ve enjoyed, to have worked on some amazing projects with the most talented people, and to have had the opportunity to serve as CEO of the Frasers Property Australia business. This industry provides us with the most rewarding opportunities to create homes and workplaces for people and communities for them to belong to, and I’m thankful to everyone at Frasers Property who has supported me through my career in our shared pursuit of this purpose.”
Boyd will continue to contribute to the Australian property industry through his board roles with the Green Building Council of Australia and the Property Industry Foundation.
