Ed.Square’s Community Development Program named Finalist in Urban Developer Awards
Now in its eighth year, The Urban Developer Awards have become the benchmark for excellence in the industry, recognising the best in urban development across Australia and New Zealand. With more than 150 winners from over 1500 submissions to date, the awards celebrate projects, initiatives and individuals shaping the future of our cities, with the program continuing to set the standard for innovation, impact and leadership.

We are thrilled to hear Ed.Square’s Community Development Program has been selected as a finalist in the Excellence in Community Engagement category.
The Ed.Square Community Development Program is a community engagement initiative by Frasers Property Australia to foster connections between neighbours from the outset. As a committed industry partner of Ending Loneliness Together, building community connections and addressing loneliness around Australia is a key priority. The Ed.Square community development program’s activities focus on capacity building and empowering residents to lead events, activations and programs that positively contribute to their existing community and welcomes new residents. The adaptive, locally responsive and action-oriented approach to the program attests to it being a best-practice example of community engagement.
