Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We are excited to keep you informed of how the project is progressing, and to give you insights into the construction process to keep you up to date with the development of your new community!

The developments external areas, particularly Buildings B and C, have been undergoing impressive transformations. The nearing completion of the external planter box walls and the excellent quality of concrete work serve as a testament to Parkview's dedication in creating an exceptional living space within the balconies and common areas.

Internally, significant progress has been made. A key aspect of our quality assurance process involves the prototype apartment, which continues to undergo refinements. This apartment allows Frasers and Parkview to fine-tune every aspect of the apartment finishes to ensure a high-quality standard across all units, setting the bar for the entire project.

Progress on Building A's fitout is continuing at a promising pace, with a strong focus on the advancement of service trades and partitioning work. We are excited to see further work such as waterproofing and tiling to commence in the wet areas.

Building C Internal Progress

Buildings B and C have seen substantial progress with painting, tiling, waterproofing, and roof plant installation edging closer to their final form. The basements in Buildings B and C are also making significant strides, with nearly completed light fittings installation and progress on high-level services such as air conditioning ducting, plumbing, and fire sprinklers.

Additionally, the introduction of storage cages contributes to a more finalised appearance of the basement areas.
