Shell Cove Construction Update - Ancora Apartments

One last construction update for Ancora.

We are pleased to share that settlements have now occurred with many happy owners collecting their keys and moving in.

Settlements – Building B, C & Building A Levels 1, 2 & 3

We are thrilled to welcome residents to their new homes! Practical completion was officially issued to the builder late September, allowing for the removal of the construction site fence, revealing the true architecture of Ancora. This marks a huge milestone for the project and now opens Ancora’s beautifully landscaped common areas to connect to the existing wetlands and residential streets. The common areas, including the pool and courtyard are now open for residents to enjoy.

Settlements for the apartments began Monday 23rd September for Building B and continued throughout the week for Building's C and most of Building A.

Pre-settlement inspections (PSIs) for Building A’s ground-floor apartments have now been completed, with settlements scheduled to be completed throughout this month.

We look forward to handing over the keys and welcoming you to your new home and The Waterfront community.

Settlements have now been completed for Levels 1, 2 & 3 in Building A, all of Building B& Building C. Settlements for Ground Floor Building A will be completed in October 2024.
