To ensure you receive our emails, add careandrewards@frasersproperty.com.au as a safe sender by, saving us as a contact in and marking our emails as ‘Not Spam’.

You will receive an email invitation 5 business days after reaching Unconditional Exchange, with the instructions to set-up your account and download the myFrasersProperty app.

You can also set-up your account with social integration, you can link your account to your Facebook, Apple ID or Google account - so that is one less password to remember.

The contact information provided at the point of purchase will be used to create your account. For each member to receive access to their individual account, a unique email address is required. Follow these steps to reset your password.

Step 1. Click 'Unlock account’ from the app or your browser.
Step 2. Enter email address linked to your account.
Step 3. Select to receive your one-time code via email or SMS.
Step 4. Retrieve your one-time code and enter, in order to unlock your account and reset your password.

Having trouble finding the email?

We recommend checking your spam or junk inbox. Make sure to also check the inbox of any other email address that may be linked to your account. For example, if you’ve linked a social media account to your myFrasersProperty account, it’s worth checking that email address connected to that account, as it could have been sent there.

If you directly purchased with Frasers Property before March 2016, you will not able be able to access myFrasersProperty until your next purchase. Once you login to myFrasersProperty, visit 'My Property', then click 'Track My Property'. You will then be directed to your Property Tracker, developed to guide you on all the important milestones.

Whilst you can access myFrasersProperty from a web browser, the mobile app allow you to be immediately notified through in app notification, updating you on your property progress, status of logged defects and news on your members and rewards. From your mobile’s device settings – make sure notifications are turned on and allowed.

Login to myFrasersProperty > click on ‘My Property’ > click on ‘New Request’.
Complete the ‘New requests’ form and provide as much information to help us understand the request and provide supporting images then hit ‘Submit’.

Our Customer Care Team will update you through myFrasersProperty on the status and progress of the request. Make sure you have turned on and allowed notifications on your mobile device to be kept up to date.

Login to myFrasersProperty > click on ‘My Property’ > click on ‘My Request’.
Here you will see a list of all your logged requests and their status, you can also filter by status to show those currently ‘In Progress’ and ‘Completed’.

You will also receive an in-app notification from myFrasersProperty, anytime the request status changes. Make sure you have turned on and allowed notifications on your mobile device to be kept up to date.

You will have direct access to your dedicated Customer Care Team through myFrasersProperty, where you can submit a question or click to contact - we're here to help, whenever you need us.

When you set up your account, only one email can be use per account. If you purchased with your spouse, you and your spouse cannot use the same email to set up your account, you will need to setup your accounts individually. If you are eligible to receive either a Purchase Reward or Referral Reward then once you login to myFrasersProperty you will see the Your Rewards.
Your Rewards allows you to check eligible Purchase & Referral reward/s and the payment status.
