When can I access myProsperity?
You can access the myProsperity portal once your login details have been emailed to you.
When do I get my login details?
Your login details will be emailed to you 5 days after your contract reached an unconditional stage. When you login for the first time you will be prompted to change your password to something you can remember.
How do I log a property defect?
Log into your ‘myProsperity’ App or online portal > Select ‘My Property’ > Select your property and click ‘ Create new request’ > Enter relevant information and images > Hit submit
