Mambourin Green has celebrated its very first settlements, a huge milestone for the project. 🏡✨ Among the first were Ashnita and her husband Shalendra, who already call Mambourin home and were so impressed by the lifestyle and amenity that they chose to invest in Mambourin Green. With first residents set to move in from 2027, this is only the beginning. Stay tuned as Mambourin Green continues to come to life!

Big news for getting around the area: Ison Road is officially open! The new 1.3km, four-lane road connects through to Geelong Road and the Princes Freeway, giving Mambourin & Mambourin Green residents another way in and out beyond the usual routes. It also includes new walking and cycling paths. Landscaping, lighting and final asphalting will continue until the end of 2026. Better connections, fewer bottlenecks, and a bit more freedom getting to and from home.

Join us for a new Saturday morning tradition at Mambourin. Starting 5 September, enjoy a relaxed 45 to 60-minute walk around the neighbourhood. A great way to get moving, meet new people and make the most of the spring sunshine. Open to all ages and fitness levels, there's no set pace, just good company and fresh air. Meet on the grass outside Little Growling Cafe at 10am. Afterwards, stay for an optional coffee and chat with fellow residents. The walking group will meet every Saturday throughout September. We look forward to seeing you there.

At Mambourin Green, a fully equipped gym and sauna sit right inside Club Mambourin Green, so looking after your body becomes part of an ordinary day. There's also a heated lap pool, spa, kids' waterplay zone, sports courts and function rooms, all a short walk from home.

Your new favourite spot in the neighbourhood is on its way. A brand new local park is coming to Mambourin Green, with an elevated play tower, inclusive swings, musical features, play sculptures, a half basketball and netball court, and a central picnic shelter to bring it all together. Stay tuned for more updates!

Swing by the Mambourin Green kiosk next time you're at Mambourin Marketplace. Our friendly team is there every Saturday from 11:30Am to 3pm for an informal chat, no appointment needed. Come ask your questions, find out what's happening in the community, and grab some free merchandise while you're there. We'd love to see you.

The Wyndham Makers and Farmers Market rolls into town every third Sunday of the month. It's a great weekend outing for the whole family, with fresh produce, handmade goods, food vendors and activities to keep the kids entertained. A relaxed way to spend a Sunday morning close to home, and a good chance to support local makers and growers while you're at it!

Something new is taking shape at Mambourin Green 🌿 The first of three new parks is on its way, bringing a picnic shelter, sports court, elevated play space and plenty of open lawn to enjoy. Inspired by Wyndham's native plants and wildlife, it's a place designed for play, connection and discovery. We can't wait to share more.
