Construction presales have been met!
It is with great pleasure that we announce that we have now reached the required number of presales to start the construction process. We will now commence negotiating on the contract terms with a builder and we anticipate being in a position to appoint a builder in September 2019.
We expect civil works will commence on the site in Q4 of 2019 which should see construction of the homes commence in the first or second quarter of 2020. We are currently in the process of relocating the sales office to free up the site to start civil construction.
