Our Graduate Program opens doors to three key parts of the Frasers Property business in Australia: Development, Investments & Capital Transactions, and Industrial.
At each stage, graduates work side-by-side with our management team and industry leaders, where they're encouraged to ask questions, test ideas and have their voices heard in a supportive, collaborative environment. Our graduate development program is designed to complement the on-the-job experience that our people receive during the Graduate Program to enhance their skills and experiences in the early stages of their careers.
Our program recruits yearly, with graduate opportunities available in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland. Through a two-year full-time rotation, we help you launch your career with practical experience across different business units and cutting-edge projects as part of a multi-national property group. At the same time, you gain first-hand mentoring and coaching from an experienced team of industry leaders who want you to succeed.

The highlight of the Frasers Property Graduate Program so far has been the learning and development sessions that we attended with our interstate colleagues. It was a great opportunity to develop our soft skills and connect with people across the business. I enjoy the culture at Frasers, which prioritises the development and growth of both teams and individuals. The program provides the perfect opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects across multiple business units.
The Frasers Property Graduate program is an experience unlike any other program. It enables you to forge relationships with industry professionals from all sectors of the business, that allow you to gain insights on how to be a professional and do your job at the highest level. Personally, I’ve enjoyed the site experience that has come with the Graduate Program so far, providing a more practical base to your thinking that can be applied to all facets of work.
The best part of the Frasers Graduate Program is learning from a range of different people and undertake a variety of roles and tasks which provides a seamless transition from university into the workforce. Within each rotation I’ve enjoyed being presented with opportunities to work with new people, learn from senior leaders, partake in site visits, and attend meetings and events that I may not have been exposed to in a typical entry-level position.
The Frasers Property Graduate Program is open to passionate people who have completed a degree in Property Economics, Property, Construction Management, Project Management and/or other relevant tertiary qualifications in the 18 months prior to the program commencement. You'll also be:
- Passionate about property
- An excellent communicator
- A self-motivated, reliable team player
