In addition to the Excellence in Retail Development award, Frasers Property was awarded a Commendation in the Excellence in Mixed Use Development category for Ed.Square.

At Ed.Square, Frasers Property collaborated with world-class architectural firms HDR, GroupGSA and HASSELL to deliver the vision for a 21st century town centre, integrated with 1,884 new homes in a mix of apartments, terraces and townhomes.

Ed.Square is serviced by convenient bus and train links to Parramatta and Sydney CBD, with easy access to Sydney’s main roads and Western Sydney Airport. It is a 45-minute train journey from Edmondson Park railway station to Central Station.
