Check out The Waterfront's latest project update video for 2022. 

2022 was a big year as we continued to welcome new residents to the community, offered a variety of regular community events and activities and held our first Food & Wine Festival which saw over 20,000 visitors attend and celebrate the unique flavour of the South Coast.The Nautilus and Ancora apartment buildings have really taken shape and are both set to top out in the coming months and will transform the harbour's edge this year.

Clear roads ahead for Shell Cove as construction begins. New Harbour Boulevard connection will keep people moving.

Harbour Boulevard is the final major collector road, moving traffic between local streets to arterial roads, to be constructed within The Waterfront. The other major collector roads are Cove Boulevard and Southern Cross Boulevard. Harbour Boulevard will provide a major entry into Shell Cove and the marina precinct.
