Celebrating a milestone year at The Waterfront, Shell Cove
As 2025 draws to a close, we’re reflecting on an incredible year at The Waterfront, Shell Cove. From construction milestones to vibrant community events, this year has been full of progress and celebration. We are thrilled to share that a contractor has now been appointed to deliver Sophia Park and the pedestrian links to Shellharbour Village. These additions will create beautiful green spaces and improve connectivity, enhancing the lifestyle for everyone in our community.
This year also saw our partnership with Darren Palmer, as we heard from him on why Shell Cove is Rare & Ready, and is waiting for you to build your dream coastal home between the beach and marina.
We also launched Portella, our latest apartment building, which has achieved fantastic early sales success with over 50% already sold. Meanwhile, Vela, our premium apartments fronting the marina, has continued to make incredible progress throughout the year, a major step towards welcoming new residents ready to move in 2026.
