2026 is well and truly on track to be another exciting and busy year with so much more ahead at The Waterfront, Shell Cove.
Across our harbourside community, we continue to see incredible momentum. From the continued construction progress at Vela, where our premium harbourfront residences are moving closer to welcoming residents in 2026, to ongoing precinct works, landscaping and public domain enhancements, as well as the construction for Portella, which is about on track to commence soon.
