The Sands Release

We are pleased to bring you the latest construction update for your new home in the Sands Release at The Waterfront, Shell Cove.

Construction certification has now been achieved and we are in the final stages of confirming design documentation. We are getting ready to commence onsite, which will involve site setup and preparation for the construction of your new home. We anticipate bulk excavation works, lot benching and retaining wall excavations to commence in the coming weeks, this will make way for in-ground services and screw pile foundations. Once preparation works are finalised, construction site works will ramp up again in the new year.

We understand and share your growing interest and excitement as your new home begins to take shape. We are also highly committed to the safety of our purchasers and members of our construction team. Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
