Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

The internal and external drainage work for all properties has now been successfully completed.

The installation of connecting services between garages and the main dwellings in CN3001-3003 has been finalised, enhancing the functionality and accessibility of the structures.

The backfilling of retaining walls has been successfully accomplished. This achievement provides essential stability and support to the projects overall structure.​

Completion of the installation of CN3004-3006 slab. Ground floor framing for units 3008-3004 is well underway, marking significant progress in the construction process.

Looking ahead, the next key steps are:

• Finish pouring slabs for Lots CN3001-3003.
• Commence the ground floor frames for CN3001-3003.
• Commence brickwork around the garages.
