Welcome to the first construction update of 2024!​

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

This month, we’re pleased to advise that we have partnered with OpenSpace, a platform that captures on-site photography and provides an interactive view of the construction progress of your home. We hope you find this new tool valuable. Click here to take an inside view now.

As we move forward in the construction of the project, we are pleased to report great progress in several key areas.

The framing installation continues to progress for the remaining lots, forming the structural skeleton for each home.

The next critical step in fortifying the building envelope has commenced with the installation of the weather barrier. This protective layer is instrumental in shielding the structure from the elements, providing a resilient defence against adverse weather conditions.

Brickwork installation has begun along with termite barrier installation, safeguarding the structure against potential threats and ensuring the longevity of the building. The waterproofing of retaining walls has been completed providing protection against moisture and potential water damage.

We are excited to see this development progress further and look forward to sharing the next update with you.

Settlement is anticipated for quarter 4 2024.
