Reflection Homes – February 2024

Welcome to the first construction update of 2024!

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

We are pleased to provide a comprehensive update on the latest developments in the construction of the Reflection Homes. The in-ground services are progressing as planned, with a continued focus on precision and adherence to design specifications. This phase involves the intricate installation of essential utilities, and our team is dedicated to ensuring that all in-ground services meet the highest standards for functionality and long-term reliability.

Our commitment to quality extends to the thorough inspection of sewer and stormwater services by a hydraulic engineer. This critical step ensures the integrity of the underground systems, and any necessary adjustments are being made to guarantee compliance with engineering standards.

In terms of on-site construction, notable achievements include the completion of garage slabs for lots 3101 and 3102. Simultaneously, main house slabs for lots 3103, 3104, and 3105 have been successfully completed, marking significant progress in the vertical construction of the structures.

Final preparations for garage slabs to lots 3103, 3104, and 3105 are now complete, with the site ready for the upcoming concrete pour.

Additionally, all groundwork for both housing and garage slabs across the entire project has been finalised, showcasing the comprehensive nature of our construction efforts.

As we move forward, our team remains committed to maintaining the highest standards of construction excellence. We are excited to share this latest progress with you and look forward to the continued success of the project. For any additional information or queries, please feel free to reach out.

Site Safety

We understand and share your growing interest and excitement as your new home begins to take shape. We are also highly committed to the safety of our purchasers and members of our construction team. Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
