Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

This month, we’re pleased to advise that we have partnered with OpenSpace, a platform that captures on-site photography and provides an interactive view of the construction progress of your home. We hope you find this new tool valuable. Click here to take an inside view now.

Recent progress has seen the scaffold being erected and the first-floor framing installation for the fonzies.

Currently, our construction team is diligently working on several aspects of the project, including the installation of upper roof trusses and upper brickwork for the fonzies. Additionally, progress is underway for the first-floor structural flooring for houses, forming balconies, window installation, and the first-floor framing for houses.

Looking ahead, the following works are scheduled to commence in the upcoming weeks:

1. Installation of house roof trusses.
2. Commencement of roofing installation.
3. Initiation of services rough-in, encompassing plumbing, gas, hydraulic, and electrical components.

We remain committed to delivering you a high-quality home and look forward to the next construction update as the build progresses.

Settlement is anticipated for quarter 4, 2024.
