The Sands Aerial View – April 2024

Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

This month, we’re pleased to advise that we have partnered with OpenSpace, a platform that captures on-site photography and provides an interactive view of the construction progress of your home. We hope you find this new tool valuable. Click here to take an inside view now.

The construction team has commenced framing for the first floor, marking significant structural advancement. Following this, the first floor flooring has been successfully installed, ensuring a solid foundation for the subsequent stages of construction.

Scaffold installation across the site has been completed, and bricklaying work and window installation continues to progress steadily across all lots. The installation of concrete balconies is underway, providing additional outdoor living space and architectural appeal. Additionally, the garage roofs for lots 3005 to 3008 have been completed.

Looking ahead, the following works are scheduled to commence in the upcoming weeks:

  1. Installation of house roof trusses.
  2. Continuation of roofing installation.
  3. Initiation of services rough-in, encompassing plumbing, gas, hydraulic, and electrical components.

We're committed to maintaining this momentum and ensuring that your homes are built to the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
