Peninsula Aerial

Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Roadworks for Boollwarroo Parade and Seafaring Way are complete, these roads are now undergoing the final inspections and subdivision certificate process with Council. The roads cannot be opened for vehicles or pedestrians until they are registered. Registration is dependent on approvals from several authorities including Council, Endeavour Energy, Sydney Water, and the NSW Land Registry Services which is scheduled for mid-late June 2024.

The major focus for the construction team has been the completion of the reticulation sewer. The sewer construction has been difficult with stormwater and groundwater hampering works and slowing construction. The works have taken longer than expected but are close to completion with approximately 2 weeks required to finalise the sewer (weather dependent).

The local roads within the development are almost complete with asphalt booked for mid to late April. The roundabout at the corner of Brigantine Drive and Seafaring Way is also close to completion and asphalt will be completed with the internal roads.

The civil contractor is managing the topsoil and tidy up of the individual lots as well as helping the service contractors finalise their work items.

Settlement Update

Settlement is anticipated for June 2024.
