Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

This month, we’re pleased to advise that we have partnered with OpenSpace, a platform that captures on-site photography and provides an interactive view of the construction progress of your home. We hope you find this new tool valuable. Click here to take an inside view now.

Our construction team has made significant progress, continuing the framing process for the first floors, while across all lots, bricklaying has been successfully completed.

The installation of windows continues, along with the commencement of roof installation, enhancing the aesthetics and transforming the build to look more like a home.

The scaffold around garage roofs on lots 3005-3008 has been stripped away showcasing the finished look.

Installation of house roof trusses
Continuation of roofing installation
Initiation of services rough-in, encompassing plumbing, gas, hydraulic, and electrical components
