We are excited to share the latest progress on the Meridian Homes project. Our teams have been making significant strides, and we are pleased to provide the following updates

Home 3501

• Concrete balcony has been poured, providing a solid foundation for the outdoor space.
• Sheet flooring has been installed, ensuring structural integrity for the upper level.
• Installation of the upper floor frames has commenced.
• Completed pouring the concrete wet walls for the garage.

Homes 3502–3504

• Concrete balcony has been poured, reinforcing the structural framework.
• Installation of the upper floor frames has been completed, allowing for the next construction phases.
• Craned up and commenced installing roof trusses, advancing the roof structure.
• Completed pouring the concrete wet walls for the garage.

Homes 3505–3506

• Concrete balcony has been poured, further progressing external works.
• Installation of the upper floor frames has been completed, setting the stage for roofing works.
• Installation of roof trusses has commenced, moving closer to a fully enclosed structure.
• Craned up and continued installing roof trusses, ensuring proper alignment and fit.
• Completed pouring the concrete wet walls for the garage.

Homes 3507–3508

• Windows have been installed, sealing the homes and enhancing energy efficiency.
• First courses of brickwork have been completed.
• Scaffolding for upper floor works has been set up, facilitating ongoing construction tasks.
• Completed pouring the concrete wet walls for the garage, reinforcing structural integrity.

Homes 3509–3511

• Ground floor structure has been completed, laying a strong foundation for further work.
• Windows have been installed, improving insulation and security.
• Floor joists have been completed, providing support for the upper levels.
• Completed pouring the concrete wet walls for the garage.

Home 3512

• Ground floor structure has been completed, marking significant progress.
• Windows have been installed, preparing the home for further internal work.
• Floor joists have been completed, enabling the next stages of construction.
• Completed pouring the concrete wet walls for the garage.
