Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

We are excited to share the latest progress on the Meridian Homes project. Our teams have been making significant strides, and we are pleased to provide the following updates:

Homes 3501–3504:

The upper floor frames and trusses have been completed.
Plumbing stacks and rough-in works have commenced.
Upper floor window and door installation has been completed.
Sarking and wall flashings are complete.
Upper floor brickwork has been completed.

Homes 3505–3506:

Upper floor frames and trusses are now complete.
Plumbing stacks and electrical rough-in works have commenced.
Upper floor window and door installation has been completed.
Sarking and wall flashings are complete; and external façade batten installation has commenced.
Upper floor brickwork has been completed.
Box gutter, facia, and roof sheets have now been installed.

Homes 3507–3508:

Scaffold installation is complete.
First-floor sheet flooring has been installed.
Upper frames and trusses will commence shortly.

Homes 3509–3511:

Scaffold erection is complete.
Ground floor brickwork has commenced.
Sheet flooring, upper frames and trusses are scheduled to commence shortly.

Home 3512:

Commenced the scaffold installation.
Ground floor brickwork has commenced.
Sheet flooring, upper frames and trusses are due to commence shortly.
