Construction Update

Welcome to the latest Berwick Waters Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

We’ve now completed the sewer works. The drainage work commenced in early September and we plan to complete it in the month ahead.
Unfortunately, the persistent wet weather created poor site conditions and has resulted in a delay of the program for stage 7.

Settlement forecast

The settlement timeframe of your land is now anticipated for April - June 2023.
Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
