We're pleased to advise that kerb and channel works are 90% complete and electrical works are 100% complete.

Over the coming weeks footpath and driveways, base course asphalt and rock retaining walls are programmed for completion.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in November 2023 - January 2024.
