Stage 8 - Statement of Compliance and Title Lodged & Soil Testing Reminder

We are excited to advise we have received Statement of Compliance from Casey City Council and this has been lodged at the Land Titles Office.

Once we have received the Title registration, we will trigger settlement. Settlements will be due 14 days after Titles have been issued.

Settlement Update

We would like to advise that the settlement of land is anticipated from mid-late March 2024.

Your legal representative will be sent a formal notice of settlement once Titles have been issued and the settlement due date has been set.

Please also notify your lender to ensure the final loan contract is finalised and ready your settlement.

Your Settlement Progression

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you to make any financial arrangements with your bank as early as possible, so that your land settlement runs smoothly.

Finalising Your Financial Arrangements

If you have not finalised your finances for settlement, it is important that you begin doing so now. Please note that lenders may require a bank valuation inspection to be carried out in order to complete loan applications.

Soil Testing Reminder

Your land lot is now ready for soil testing. To complete a soil test your builder will require an onsite inspection, please kindly notify them if required. We are pleased to provide full detailed of Level 1 Fill (Compaction) Report , which you should forward onto your builder for their information.
