Valuation access is now available

We are pleased to advise that your lot is now pegged and ready for valuation.

We anticipate your settlement will take place in February 2024.

Please forward our e-mail to your bank or broker to confirm that access is now available for onsite inspection. Once the valuation is complete, your lender can finalise your loan in readiness for settlement.
