We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

We're pleased to advise that footpaths and driveways are now complete and road pavement is complete aside from the final layer which we will hold off on completing for now. We won't complete the wearing course until the works on Bells Rd are complete and large construction vehicle movements over the roads are reducing.

Attainment of final authority approval can't be achieved until Bells Rd works are complete and we're still suffering delays caused by APA's (the gas authority's) works to recoat their gas pipe that crosses Bells Rd. Forecast first settlements have pushed out by a month due to these ongoing delays.
