With the change in seasons, now’s the perfect time to start thinking about your autumn veggie patch. Here are a few tips, inspired by Cultivating Community : 🌿 Leafy greens love cooler weather – think silverbeet, spinach, kale, and lettuces. 🌱 Root vegetables thrive now – carrots, beetroot and turnips are great choices. 🪴 Don’t forget herbs – parsley, coriander and chives all do well as temps drop. 🌧️ Use mulch to protect your soil from temperature swings and heavy rains.
