In 2024, we’re celebrating 100 years of our Australian property development history. And though it’s not our birthday per se, it is a reflection on a century of experience and lineage that extends from the days of real estate entrepreneur T.M Burke in 1924 to Frasers Property Australia today. Through it all, one thing stayed constant: a desire to create the kinds of places people are still drawn to many generations later.

🏗 Our first Construction Update of 2024 is here! 🏗️ We're thrilled to announce that construction of St Josephine Bahkita Primary School is making great progress! Works have also commenced on Hardys Rd and Bells Rd to connect Five Farms to nearby amenity and other major roads. Additionally, our first residents have started moving in, marking the beginning of our wonderful community journey. There's plenty more progress underway, including the kickstart of works on the Allendale Residents’ Club, complete with a 25m lap pool scheduled for completion at the end of this year.
