Welcome to the latest Frasers Landing Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how Frasers Landing is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of this idyllic riverside community surrounded by nature.

Construction Progress

Forest Walk Stage 7 comprises of 27 land lots. 

The site so far has been graded and smoothed over so that it presents nicely to the public. 

Works are planned to commence in November 2023. Works will include siteworks; earthworks; retaining walls; roadworks; stormwater drainage; sewer and water reticulation; underground power; and communication ducting. 

In addition, Lakewood Parkway will be extended to Birchley Road providing for a convenient access into the estate from the southern boundary. 

Works are anticipated to take 18-weeks to complete.
