What’s happening at Frasers Landing?
What a terrific turn out for our Meet the Neighbours event on Saturday 16th August at the Sales Centre. It was lovely to see our wonderful residents enjoying some sunshine, welcoming new neighbours and a catch up with existing friends within the estate. Thank you to those that joined us.
- Completion of Forest Walk Stage 5 is due in September with titles to follow.
- Construction continues for Forest Walk Stages 10 with completion programmed for October and completion programmed for Stage 11 early 2026.
- Roadworks have begun at Rivers Edge Stage 5 with the majority of underground services and retaining walls complete.
Titles have been issued for Forest Walk Stage 9. Construction of the open space within this stage is underway, which includes fencing. The park will take several months to complete and we are excited to see the finished community space for our residents to enjoy.
Construction in Forest Walk Stages 10 & 11 as well as Rivers Edge Stage 5 is continuing and at various stages of completion.
