Sand Sculpting Beach Workshop

06 April 2021

Learn FREE sand art and sculpting techniques this school holidays at Hamilton Reach!

Give your child the chance to ignite their creativity this school holidays and learn sand sculpting techniques that can be used all year round on our beautiful Queensland beaches.

Book in to our FREE 1-hour workshop with professional sand sculptor, Peter Papamanolis, from Australia's leading Sand Sculpting company Sandstorm Events. Father of four and jewellery craftsman, Peter turned his sand sculpting journey from a relaxing past time to working with tonnes of sand when he participated in "Myths and Legends" at Rye Beach in 2007 and presented a two tonne sculpture at the Australian Sand Sculpting Championship at Surfers Paradise in 2013.

Join us Friday 16 April 2021 at Hamilton Reach’s unique beach, located at 257 Macarthur Avenue in Hamilton, 4007 QLD. This workshop is open to children aged 8 to 14 years old. Children must be supervised by a parent or carer during the workshop.

Booking is essential and must be made via Eventbrite. We have three sessions available: 10:00am, 11:30am and 1:30pm. Each session includes 15 participants.
