We are pleased to provide you with following construction update with regards to your lot in stage 12. Unfortunately the wet weather over the last few weeks has caused some delays in completing works on site. However, we were able to place the base layer of asphalt the week of 17 June 2019. This will now allow the concreting works to commence. Once the concrete works are completed we will be in a position to commence the auditing of power and water. We now anticipate that we will lodge for titles in mid-July with settlements commencing in early August.
We are excited to advise valuation access will be available on Thursday 4th and Friday 5th of July 2019. Should further days be required we will advise available dates again.
Please note that valuations are booked on your behalf by your finance provider. Please contact your preferred institution should you wish to discuss the timing of the inspection.
