Partnering to Build Belonging
Loneliness Awareness Week
This Loneliness Awareness Week, 3-9 August 2026, Frasers Property is supporting the Make Room for Connection campaign, inspiring people to take small steps that strengthen social connection and reduce loneliness. It's all part of our commitment to creating communities where people can live proud and feel a true sense of belonging.
A Network of Expertise
Ending Loneliness Together brings together research from leading universities and service delivery know-how from community, social and professional organisations across Australia and beyond. Their focus: breaking down the stigma of loneliness and delivering solutions that work.
A Shared Vision for Connection
According to Ending Loneliness Together’s Scientific Chair Dr Michelle Lim, Frasers Property is leading the way in community development. “Their work in building connections and resilience is a natural extension of our mission,” she says.
Voices From the Community
In a recent webinar, we came together with Ending Loneliness Together to discuss the realities of loneliness and the role communities can play in fostering meaningful connections. The session featured insights from a resident of one of our communities, offering a personal perspective on the positive impact that thoughtful community design can have on wellbeing and social support.
