Ten years ago, Care & Rewards was built on a simple belief: property is more than a transaction, and loyalty should be genuinely rewarded.

Over that decade, we have seen that belief play out thousands of times, for members buying their second or third home, making their first investment, or bringing the people they care about into communities they love. Along the way, Care & Rewards has earned its reputation as the most generous customer loyalty program in Australian residential property.

After a decade, the time was right to review how we position and evolve the program for the future. We recognised opportunities to provide greater flexibility across our projects, simplify how the program is applied, and evolve the reward structure to ensure it remains sustainable and effective for the long term.

Here’s what’s changing from 1 October, and what it means for you.

Fixed purchase rewards

We’re moving from 2% and 3% reward rebates to a fixed reward model:

Knowing your reward upfront, before you make a purchasing decision, makes things clearer and easier to calculate your benefit.

Depending on the price point of your purchase, your reward under the new structure may be more or less than what you would have received under the previous percentage model. What the new structure adds is certainty: your fixed purchase reward is a guaranteed rebate you’ll receive for purchases in our participating developments.

Referrals are now worth more

Communities are created by the people who choose to live in them, and by the friends and family those people bring along. When a member recommends a neighbourhood they love to someone they love, it’s an act of generosity that strengthens community bonds. That’s why we’re increasing the Friend and Family referral reward from $2,000 to $3,000.

A fairer priority access window

From October 1, all members, Silver and Platinum, will enjoy Priority Access to new releases at the same time. The previous arrangement, where Platinum members had a separate earlier window, will no longer apply. We think this will be a cleaner, fairer approach for all members.

30% Member Reserve on new releases

A minimum of 30% of available stock in each new release will be reserved for Care & Rewards members in the priority window. Where market conditions allow and at the discretion of individual developments, this minimum may be expanded to allow for more opportunities. In all cases, the approach will be set clearly before the release date.

The 30% allocation ensures Care & Rewards members have a protected, meaningful share of every release. It also means the communities you invest in, and the ones you recommend to the people you love, are available to the majority of buyers who want to make a life there.

Family Share

We recognise the role members play in helping family take their next step on the property journey, and Family Share is how that support becomes something tangible. Members can share their purchase reward benefits with immediate family, giving the people closest to them access to the same value that membership provides. Priority access is no longer a standard part of Family Share, though as the referring member you will benefit from the new $3,000 referral reward.

Still the most generous loyalty program in property

Launching on October 1st, the new Care & Rewards remains the most generous loyalty program in Australian residential property. The rewards are impactful, the referrals more valuable, and the level of care is everything you need to confidently rely on.

About the Changes

Care & Rewards has been running for a decade and we’ve learned a lot about what members value, where the program works well, and where it could work better. These changes reflect that. The new structure is simpler, fairer, and built to keep delivering well into the next decade.

All changes come into effect on October 1 2026. Your current benefits remain in place until September 30 2026.

Yes. Your membership tier, Silver or Platinum, is unchanged. The changes affect the structure of the benefits, not your membership status. To stay informed about your benefits and these updates, make sure you are subscribed to Care & Rewards communications. No action is required. Your membership carries over automatically. If you are considering a purchase or referral and want to transact under the current benefit structure, September 30 is the deadline to do so. Yes, until September 30 2026. Any purchase contracted on or before that date will be treated under the current programme terms, including the existing 2% or 3% purchase reward, subject to the standard conditions of your eligible contract.

If you entered into an eligible contract before October 1 2026, the benefits that applied at the time of that contract continue to apply, provided all standard Care & Rewards conditions are met. This is the case whether you are nominating to a company you direct, to an immediate family member, or to another eligible party. The original purchaser must remain a Care & Rewards member, and all purchaser conditions of the original contract must be satisfied.

  • If you contracted before October 1 and later nominate into a company you direct, your original reward still applies, as long as you remain a member and the purchaser conditions are met.
  • If you contracted two properties before October 1 but only complete on one of them, the reward applies to the completed purchase only.
  • If you contracted before October 1 and nominate to an immediate family member after that date, the family member may still receive the reward that applied at the time of the original contract, provided you remain a member and all conditions are satisfied.

Fixed Purchase Reward

From October 1, rewards are fixed dollar amounts rather than a percentage of purchase price. Silver members receive rewards on their second purchase; Platinum members on their third and subsequent purchases.

A fixed purchase reward means you know exactly what you will receive before you make a purchasing decision. Under the previous percentage model, your reward varied depending on purchase price. The new structure gives you a clear, guaranteed figure you can count on at every participating development.

That depends on your purchase price. At some price points the fixed amount will be comparable to or greater than the previous percentage rebate. At others it may be less. What the new structure adds in all cases is certainty: a guaranteed reward before you commit.

Referral Rewards

Yes. The Friend and Family referral reward is increasing from $2,000 to $3,000 per successful referral, effective October 1 2026.

A referred purchaser must be new to Frasers Property Australia and meet the eligibility conditions outlined in the Care & Rewards Terms and Conditions, available here.

There is no limit on the number of friends and family you can refer. All referrals are subject to the conditions outlined in the Care & Rewards Terms and Conditions, available here.

Priority Access

From October 1, all Care & Rewards members, Silver and Platinum, will enjoy priority access to new releases at the same time. Previously, Platinum members had an earlier window ahead of Silver members. That two-stage arrangement is being removed.

A single priority window is fairer and simpler for all members.

Yes. Care & Rewards members continue to access new releases ahead of the general public. The change is that Silver and Platinum members now access at the same time rather than in separate windows.

Member Reserve

A minimum of 30% of available stock in each new release will be reserved for Care & Rewards members in the priority access window. This guarantees members a meaningful, protected share of every release.

Where market conditions allow, individual development directors have the discretion to expand the member reserve beyond 30%. In all cases, the approach is confirmed before the release date so members know what to expect.

In some of our strongest markets, member demand in priority releases has at times absorbed most of the available stock before the wider community could access it. For a developer whose purpose is to help people find a place to belong, that matters. The 30% reserve ensures members retain a meaningful, protected share of every release while keeping communities genuinely accessible to first home buyers, owner-occupiers, and new customers.

Family Share

Yes. Family Share is retained as a core benefit. Members can share their fixed purchase reward with an immediate family member, giving the people closest to them access to the same value that membership provides. Your member referral also earns the $3000 referral reward.

Priority access is no longer a standard component of Family Share. The fixed purchase reward remains, and the referral reward you receive as the referring member increases from $2,000 to $3,000.

Immediate family includes a parent, sibling (including step and half-siblings), spouse, partner, or child (including step and adopted children).
