Welcome to our latest construction update of The Waterfront, Shell Cove. We’re excited to share some very important milestones achieved in 2018 and current construction progress of the future boat harbour.

The first stage of the Town Centre opened in October creating a new hub for The Waterfront and a greater sense of convenience for locals. During the year 128 homes commenced construction and the first oceanfront lots were released selling out that same day. The future harbour continues to take shape with the kids beach, boardwalk and boat ramp well under construction.

Clear roads ahead for Shell Cove as construction begins. New Harbour Boulevard connection will keep people moving.

Harbour Boulevard is the final major collector road, moving traffic between local streets to arterial roads, to be constructed within The Waterfront. The other major collector roads are Cove Boulevard and Southern Cross Boulevard. Harbour Boulevard will provide a major entry into Shell Cove and the marina precinct.
