Soil Tests and Surveys – The Crossing Release Three

Soil tests and surveys can commence from Monday next week 

We are pleased to advise that soil tests and contour surveys will be available from Monday, 8 June 2026. Please contact Golding's Benjamin Spittle to arrange an appointment for a soil and survey test with the details below.

• Soil testers and surveyors are required to book their appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
• Appointments can be made from 6:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
• Soil testers and surveyors must be inducted prior to accessing site. Inductions are held at the Golding Site Office at 6:30am sharp, Monday to Friday.
• Soil testers and surveyors must sign in at the Golding Site Office located  on the corner of Menora and Bahrs Scrub Roads, across from Barkhaven Park. Get directions.    
• Full PPE is required onsite. Hard hat, high vis vests and steel cap boots must be worn.
• Please get in contact with Golding Contractors, Benjamin Spittle via email only to confirm the status of your lot, book an appointment and arrange site access.

Settlement

We are pleased to advise settlement of your land is anticipated for late June to early July 2026.
