Valuation access will be available from Wednesday, 12 August

We are pleased to advise that your lot will soon be ready for valuation by appointment.

Now is the time to finalise your arrangements for finance and apply for your final loan approval. To ensure a smooth process for your upcoming settlement in September 2026, it is important to schedule your valuation appointment as soon as possible.

Once the valuation is complete, your lender can proceed with finalising your loan for settlement.

Bookings are now open for valuation appointments

• Bookings are now open to secure your appointment, commencing Wednesday, 12 August.
• Valuation appointments can be made from 10:30am to 11:00am, on Mondays and Wednesdays.
• Valuers are required to book their appointments at least 48 hours in advance to ensure pegs are in place.
• As the site is under construction, full PPE is required - hard hat, high vis vests and steel cap boots must be worn. Heels or open-toe shoes are not permitted on site.
• For valuation bookings, please contact Customer Care on customercareqld@frasersproperty.com.au.
• Please provide this information to your financier so they can complete the booking.
• Note that retaining wall construction will be ongoing and is scheduled for completion by August 18.
• Other ongoing works will include final topsoil spread, driveway works and landscaping/fencing.

Bookings are now open for soil tests and site surveys

We are pleased to advise that bookings for soil tests and site surveys are now open and will be available from Monday, 31 August 2026. Please contact Golding's Benjamin Spittle to arrange an appointment for a soil and survey test with the details below.

• Soil testers and surveyors are required to book their appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
• Appointments can be made from 6:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
• Soil testers and surveyors must be inducted prior to accessing site. Inductions are held at the Golding Site Office at 6:30am sharp, Monday to Friday.
• Soil testers and surveyors must sign in at the Golding Site Office located on the corner of Menora and Bahrs Scrub Roads, across from Barkhaven Park. Get directions.
• Full PPE is required onsite. Hard hat, high vis vests and steel cap boots must be worn.
• Please get in contact with Golding Contractors, Benjamin Spittle via email only to confirm the status of your lot, book an appointment and arrange site access. Benjamin.Spittle@golding.com.au
• By this date, lot works including all retaining and topsoil respread is forecast to be complete, however fencing will be ongoing.
• External landscaping, including the installation of trees, planting and turf will be ongoing.

Settlement
