Access Appointments – The Brook Release Two

Bookings are now open for valuation appointments

Valuation appointments can be made from 10:30am to 11:00am, on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Valuers are required to book their appointments at least 48 hours in advance to ensure pegs are in place.
As the site is under construction, full PPE is required - hard hat, high vis vests and steel cap boots must be worn. Heels or open-toe shoes are not permitted on site.

Please provide this information to your financier so they can complete the booking.
Note that retaining wall construction will be ongoing at this time.
Other ongoing works will include final topsoil spread, driveway works and landscaping/fencing.

Bookings are now open for Soil Testing and Site Surveys appointments, which will commence from Wednesday, 4 November

Soil and survey testers must sign in at the Golding Site Office located on the corner of Menora and Bahrs Scrub Roads, across from Barkhaven Park. Get directions.
By this date, lot works including all retaining and topsoil respread is forecast to be complete, however fencing will be ongoing.
External landscaping, including the installation of trees, planting and turf will also be ongoing and the road will not be completed.
Full PPE is required onsite. Hard hat, high vis vests and steel cap boots must be worn.
