Valuation Invitation - Stage 9

We’re excited to announce that valuation access is now available for your lot. Here are the details:

• Valuation Dates: Every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm, commencing from 17th June, 2025.
• Escort Services: Must contact the Site Foreman Charlie on 0436 308 916 before your arrive. Failure to make arrangements with Charlie prior to arrival will result in you being turned away for your safety as there is still some construction activity occurring within the site. You cannot safely access after work hours either.
• Access Point: To access your lot please drive to the southern end of Crosswater Bvd. Please refer to the indicative map below. NB. no access is possible from Thompsons Rd.

What’s next?

Notify Your Bank or Broker: Please forward this email to your bank or broker to confirm that onsite inspection access is now possible.

Loan Finalisation: Once the valuation is complete, your lender can proceed with finalizing your loan in preparation for settlement.
