Valuation Invitation - Stage 9

We’re excited to announce that valuation access is now available for your lot. Here are the details:

• Valuation Dates: Every Thursday from 9:30 am - 12:00 pm, commencing from 17th June, 2025.
• Escort Services: Must book appointment with Cirilla Guo on cirilla.guo@frasersproperty.com.au. Failure to make arrangements with us prior to arrival will result in you being turned away for your safety within the site. You cannot safely access after work hours either. Once the valuation is complete, your lender can finalise your loan in readiness for settlement.
• Access Point: To access your lot please drive in through Crosswater Boulevard, access via Thompsons Road and please refer to the indicative map below.

What’s next?

Notify Your Bank or Broker: Please forward this email to your bank or broker to confirm that onsite inspection access is now possible.

Loan Finalisation: Once the valuation is complete, your lender can proceed with finalizing your loan in preparation for settlement.
