Welcome to our  March Community Update. This month, our Baldivis Grove team provide a video update on what has been happening at Baldivis Grove. Join Customer Care Manager, Fiona Johnson and Development Manager, Sarah Strongylos, for an update on the construction progress at Baldivis Grove, along with our National Community Development Coordinator, Michelle Mrzyglocki, who will explain what is happening in and around the community.

Have your say in the 2025 Great Neighbourhood Survey

Each year, the Great Neighbourhood Survey helps us create stronger, smarter, happier neighbourhoods. Resident feedback shapes everything from new community programs to the design of parks and local amenities, giving you a chance to help build a community you’ll be proud to call home.

This year, we’d love to hear your thoughts. It takes just a few minutes to complete the survey and could make a difference for years to come. Plus, for every survey completed, we’ll donate $10 to the Australian Red Cross, so you’ll be doing good twice over!
