Join us at the Christmas Lantern Markets, a vibrant event proudly managed by the experienced team at Barefoot Entertainment and Events. It’s the perfect opportunity to connect, enjoy the holiday atmosphere, and make lasting memories with family and friends.

Rockingham Christmas Light Launch 2025

Get ready to feel merry and bright! Join us at Rockingham Foreshore on Friday 5 Dec for family fun, Santa visits, markets, food stalls and entertainment from 5pm — then watch the lights sparkle at 8pm!

Rockingham New Year’s Eve Celebration

Ring in 2026 at Rockingham Foreshore with an unforgettable night of music and fun! Aussie superstars Sheppard will headline after the 9pm fireworks, followed by Diamond Road leading the countdown to midnight and the spectacular fireworks display. Enjoy amusement rides, games, kids’ craft activities, roaming entertainment, face painting, food vendors, and more.

General Works in the Community

Stage 17 Park

Earthworks grading and hardscapes are complete with current works concentrating on the installation of irrigation.  All works are forecast to be completed by March 2026.

 

Stage 17 Energisation
We have received notification from Western Power that energisation for this stage is programmed for the 27th November. Upon confirmation by Western Power that this milestone has been reached, we will update our purchasers in Stage 17 via email.

 

Stage 19
Stage 19 which is located alongside the commercial site on Daintree Street, consists of only 9 lots and is due for completion early 2026.

Stage 20 Energisation
This stage was energized on the 7th November 2025.

Stage 21
Works to this stage are due for completion at the end of the year.

Fencing and Landscaping Contractors – Christmas Closure Dates
Treacy Fencing – Closed from the 19th December 2025 and returning on the 5th January 2026. 
LD Total Landscaping– Closed from the 23rd December 2025 and returning on the 5th January 2026.

As we are reaching the final stages of construction in this estate, it’s important for purchasers to log onto the MyFrasersProperty App, to ensure all required documents are available for your builder. Access to the app is available to purchasers once you have reached unconditional exchange with a welcome email from Care and Rewards.
