Stage 19 update: Major construction works are complete with Titles having been issued in January 2026. A separate email has been issued advising of this important milestone. Energisation for this stage is currently expected to occur on the 6th February 2026. Once a date has been confirmed, we will update you via email.
Access is now readily available for your builder and/or broker.
As we are reaching the final stages of construction in this estate, it’s important for new purchasers to log onto the MyFrasersProperty App, to ensure all required documents are available for your builder. Access to the app is available to purchasers once you have reached unconditional exchange with a welcome email from Care and Rewards.

🎄 Christmas at Baldivis Parks – Event Wrap Up

What a wonderful evening of community connection at the Christmas Lantern Markets in Baldivis Parks. It was great to see neighbours gathering on such a beautiful night, enjoying the local stalls, live music and delicious food. The festive atmosphere truly captured the spirit of the season and a great way to wrap up the year.

The new Baldivis Indoor Sports Complex has plenty on offer for 2026 including: Yoga, Walking Netball, Pickleball, Indoor soccer, Cub Sports (2-5yrs), Balance and Strength Seniors Circuit, School Holiday Programs, Courts & meeting rooms for hire, and Cafe.

Neighbours Unite Program

The City of Rockingham offers the "Neighbours Unite" program, a great community grant-style initiative where residents can get up to $150 reimbursement for hosting local, alcohol-free get-togethers like BBQs, high teas, or games nights to build stronger neighbourhood connections, plus they receive a free Host Pack.

General Works in the Community
Stage 17 Park
All irrigation and concrete works have been completed and the construction team is now focused on the installation of park and play equipment, including timber play features, shade structures, seating and park furniture and the feature play tower. Following this will be the surfacing of all areas and soft landscaping including tree planting and turfing.

Stage 21
Titles were issued in December for this stage and settlements are underway. All infrastructure has been installed, Water services are live and Western Power have programmed energisation for 20th February.

Stage 19
Construction is complete for this stage.
