Titles Expected: January 2026
This small stage of 9 lots is nearing completion with only minor finishing touches remaining. Practical Completion has been reached, therefore access is readily available for the purposes of builder surveys and finance valuations.
- Practical Completion achieved and minor defects currently being addressed.
- Certificates of Title expected January 2026.
- Service connections expected March – April 2026.
