PUBLIC NOTIFICATION
For Information only - Residential Development, Lot 4 RP45728, New Beith (EPBC2019/8398)
The following notice is published pursuant to section 95B(4) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act).
Frasers Property New Beith Pty Ltd is seeking approval under the EPBC Act to construct a residential subdivision at Lot 4 on RP45728, New Beith, Queensland. The project is located within the Greater Flagstone Priority Development Area, Queensland (EPBC 2019/8398).
The proposed development was determined a controlled action under the EPBC Act with assessment by Preliminary Documentation. The controlling provisions are listed threatened species and communities (sections 18 and 18A of the EPBC Act), including the Koala (Phascolarctos cinereus) (combined populations of QLD, NSW and ACT), Grey-headed Flying-Fox (Pteropus poliocephalus), Greater Glider (Petauroides volans) (southern and central), Swift Parrot (Lathamus discolor) and Regent Honeyeater (Anthochaera phrygia).
Public comments on the Preliminary Documentation for the proposed development were sought for a period of 10 business days from Friday the 12th to Thursday the 25th of September 2025. No submissions were received.
Hard copies of the final Preliminary Documentation will be available for viewing only for a period of 10 business days from Friday the 27th of March to Monday the 13th of April 2026 at each of the following locations:

- State Library of Queensland – Stanley Place, South Brisbane, QLD 4101
